Ranger - Tim Holtz Distress Refresher

Tim Holtz Distress Refresher

Revive dried Distress inks and paints with a quick conditioning spray

Water-based inks and paints gradually dry out, even when capped properly. This spray addresses that reality head-on. Distress Refresher rehydrates dried ink pads, marker nibs, and dabber foam, restoring them to working condition rather than forcing replacement. The formula conditions as it rehydrates, maintaining the proper consistency that makes Distress products perform the way they should.

A few sprays directly onto the dried surface, ink pad, marker tip, or paint dabber, and the product returns to its original working state. The solution works with the full Distress line and extends to other water-based inks and paints, making it useful beyond a single product family. This matters when you're maintaining a large collection where some colors see heavy rotation while others sit idle for months between projects.

Tim Holtz designed this specifically for his Distress system, but the chemistry applies universally to water-based formulations. Keep pads workable between infrequent uses, revive markers that have been uncapped too long, restore paint dabbers that have started to thicken. Simple maintenance that extends product life and protects your material investment.
