Both sides carry identical pressure-sensitive adhesive that resists UV degradation, so mounted work won't yellow or fail under gallery lighting or sun exposure. The formula also resists oils and certain plasticizers, maintaining bond integrity when working with materials that cause standard adhesives to fail. Non-woven construction distributes stress evenly across the bond line, preventing edge lifting on materials with different expansion rates.
