Pacific Arc - Stainless Steel Non-Slip Rulers - 16th Inch/Metric
Etched graduations prevent measurement drift across projects
Stainless steel resists the warping and wear that eventually ruins aluminum rulers. Pacific Arc acid-etches graduations directly into the metal rather than printing them on the surface, so measurements stay accurate through years of cutting, scoring, and general studio abuse. The etching creates crisp lines that remain readable even when covered in pencil graphite or paint residue.
Dual-edge design puts inches along one side and metric along the other, eliminating the need to flip the ruler mid-measurement. Inch graduations run every 1/16 inch across the full length, with finer divisions at smaller increments: every 1/32 inch up to three inches, and every 1/64 inch between three and four inches for precise detail work. Metric graduations mark every millimeter, with half-millimeter divisions up to ten centimeters. A conversion table etched into the back translates between systems instantly.
The non-slip backing strip keeps the ruler firmly positioned during cutting and drawing. No sliding, no second attempts, no blade slips that ruin your work. Architects, technical illustrators, and drafters rely on these rulers when measurements need to be exact and tools need to last.
