Colour Shaper Modeling Tools Description

Extra-firm black rubber tips transform how you manipulate sculptural materials. Unlike metal tools that dig and gouge, these flexible tips push, smooth, and shape clay, plasticine, wax, and heavy body paints with responsive control. The rubber absorbs your hand pressure and translates it into precise movements, firm enough to carve definition into polymer clay, flexible enough to blend seamlessly without leaving tool marks.

Each tip shape handles specific tasks. Cup Chisel reshapes contours and removes material cleanly. Taper Point carves through slips and glazes with linear precision. Flat Chisel applies and levels material in even strokes. Cup Round smooths throwing marks and scores into soft-edged transitions. Angle Chisel moves from thick to thin marks for expressive detailing. The rubber resists solvents and adhesives, cleaning instantly with soap and water, no scraping hardened material from metal surfaces between sessions.

Sets of five include one of each shape in matched sizes: Size 0 measures approximately 1/8" diameter for delicate work, Size 2 spans 3/16" for medium-scale modeling, and Size 6 reaches 5/16" for broader sculptural manipulation. Polymer clay artists and three-dimensional workers rely on these for the control that comes from tools that respond rather than resist.
