How do I change my email address?
Log in to your account by clicking on the My Account link at the top right hand corner of your screen. Click on "Edit your User Details", update your email address and save. If you do not have a Texas Art Supply account and would like to change the email address where you receive our newsletter, simply unsubscribe and sign up again for our newsletter using your new email address.

Can I order a product that is listed as out of stock?
Although we do not accept orders for products that are out of stock, we are happy to alert you when an item becomes available.
To receive notification regarding out of stock items, simply click on the "Email when In Stock" link in the quantity column next to the item you want to purchase. Then, enter your email address and we will notify you as soon as the item returns to our warehouse.
Since items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, this notification does not guarantee availability or price. We make every effort to accurately maintain our inventory, and to get products back in stock as quickly as possible for our valued customers.

How do I sign into my account when I forgot my user name and password?
Forgot your password? Enter the email address you used to register with Texas Art Supply and we will email a link to reset your password. Still having difficulty? Feel free to contact us or check out as a guest.

How do I unsubscribe from your e-mail list?
Log in to your account and elect to unsubscribe or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the email subscriptions you have received. One-time only correspondence such as order confirmation, shipment tracking, and other transaction related details are not part of an email subscription program and cannot be turned off.
