VL #1 components handle light fluids like diluted inks for patterns as fine as 1/64 inch; VL #3 handles medium-bodied paints up to 1-1/4 inch coverage; VL #5 pushes heavy fluids through a 1/16 to 1-1/2 inch spray. Each configuration maintains the same responsive double-action control, trigger pressure governs airflow while pull distance controls paint volume.
This siphon-feed design keeps paint in removable bottles below the airbrush body, making color changes quick and keeping the tool balanced during extended sessions.
