Highly-pigmented acrylic gesso primer provides consistent coverage and color performance. The canvases are suitable for both oils and acrylics, and are provide an ideal surface for all techniques. The 15.2 oz. canvas features balanced absorbency and tooth to improve adhesion and prevent the sinking of oil colors. All canvases are acid-free and archival.
If the stretcher bar length is 12 in. or longer, the canvas includes Winsor & Newton’s Pro-Stretcher system, for precise adjustable tension and ease of use.
