Alumilite - Amazing Deep Pour

Amazing Deep Pour

Pour crystal-clear epoxy up to 2 inches thick without layering delays

Most epoxy resins force you into tedious layering schedules, waiting hours between thin pours to prevent exothermic runaway. Amazing Deep Pour eliminates that constraint. Alumilite's formulation controls heat generation during cure, allowing single pours up to two inches thick without the cracking, bubbling, or yellowing that plague standard resins pushed beyond their limits. Pour your river table in one session rather than building it up over days.

The 2:1 mix ratio simplifies measuring and reduces errors compared to finicky 1:1 systems. Sixty to ninety minutes of working time gives you room to eliminate bubbles, position inclusions, and achieve proper coverage before the resin begins to gel. Expect a tack-free surface within 24 to 72 hours depending on ambient temperature, with full structural cure completing in five to seven days. Optical clarity rivals glass when properly degassed and cured, no amber tint, no cloudiness in thick sections.

This system handles multiple applications: casting specimens and keepsakes, filling voids and cracks in figured wood, creating turning blanks for bowls and pens, or building dimensional art pieces. The 24-ounce kit provides 16 ounces of resin and 8 ounces of hardener, enough for substantial projects without committing to industrial quantities. Layer additional pours beyond two inches when your design demands greater depth.
