Photo emulsion screen printing typically demands darkroom conditions, precise mixing ratios, and careful coating techniques. Speed Screens eliminate that complexity entirely. These pre-sensitized mesh sheets arrive ready to expose, no coating, no measuring chemicals, no waiting for emulsion to dry in the dark. Position your transparency on the mesh, expose it under the included 30W LED lamp or direct sunlight, then wash out the unexposed areas with water. Within minutes, you have a permanent photographic stencil capable of reproducing fine details and halftones.
The complete kit provides everything needed to start printing immediately: an 8" × 10" wood frame, LED exposure lamp, squeegee, black fabric ink, and three Speed Screen sheets. Pre-sensitized mesh maintains consistent exposure characteristics across prints, while water-based processing requires nothing more specialized than a spray bottle or gentle stream from a faucet.
