Punch exactly what you want, where you want! Clear-Cut decorative craft punches are constructed with 3 magnetic components that separate to allow you to punch anywhere on the page with ease and accuracy. The unique design eliminates the restriction of having to punch from the edges of your paper. You can even punch out windows directly in the center of a large decorative scrapbooking sheet. You also have total control over alignment and imagery selection. Place the transparent guide on top of the paper and the bottom of the punch underneath. By moving the bottom of the punch, the magnetic guide above visibly adjusts to select the exact part of the pattern or picture that you desire. When ready, place the top of the magnetic punch system over your selection, and it snaps into place to avoid any guesswork and gives you the perfect punch every time.
