| Formerly known as Gelex, this translucent, heavy body gel economically extends the volume of acrylic paints. Add up to 50% by volume to double the amount of paint while retaining color position. When more than 50% is added, Matt Opaque Extender Gel Medium acts as a very weak tinting white.
Matt Opaque Extender Gel Medium maintains the opacity of color better than a clear gel medium. It dries to a semi-matte surface sheen, giving colors a matte sheen and gouache look.
