What are your shipping methods?
TexasArt.com offers several shipping services depending on your desired delivery time. Shipping charges are based on the subtotal of your order, which delivery option you choose, and the destination.
Do you ship to PO, FPO, or APO Boxes?
TexasArt.com does not ship Internet orders to these addresses. Phone orders for these addresses may be placed by calling our Sales Department at 1-800-888-9278 or 713-526-5221, Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
TexasArt.com currently ships within the U.S (including Alaska and Hawaii), and Puerto Rico when orders originate on the website.
Do you ship to correctional facilities?
All orders for shipment to correctional facilities must be placed by mail addressed to Texas Art Supply, 2001 Montrose Boulevard, Houston, TX 77006. Such orders must conform to the rules established by the individual correctional facility. Call our sales department at 1-800-888-9278 or write to the above address for assistance. TexasArt.com does not ship Internet orders to correctional facilities at this time.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping charges are added to your order based on order size, method of shipment, and shipping destination. Your order may also include a surcharge for oversized items or shipments in excess of 30 pounds. Shipping charges for international orders are not included in the following tables, but are calculated at the time of the phone order.
How do I calculate my shipping costs?

How quickly will I receive my package?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or national holidays). When you select a shipment option, you are selecting the time in transit. Thus a shipment marked for overnight delivery will typically arrive in 3 business days. Ground transit times are displayed in the map above.
What are the shipping charges for oversized, heavy, and hazardous items?
Shipping carriers assess additional fees for packages over 30 lbs., hazardous goods, and oversized items. Products that incur these additional fees are indicated on the site by the icons below.

Do you send partial shipments?
TexasArt.com does its best to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In these cases, we will ship the available products and cancel the remaining items.
How do I track my order?
After your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing instructions for tracking your package(s). You may also visit the Order History section found within the My Account area on the site.
