How do I place an order?
To place an order with TexasArt.com you need to create an account. An account can be created either before you start shopping or before you checkout.
Before you start shopping:
Select "My Account" and choose "Create New Account." In this account area you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information. You can also manage your newsletter subscriptions and view your order history from this area. We DO NOT require your credit card information to create a TexasArt.com account.

Before you checkout:
Simply place products in your shopping cart and select "View Cart" when you are ready to checkout. Once you are in your shopping cart you can review the items in your cart, preview the shipping costs and checkout.
What type of payment options do you accept?
TexasArt.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as forms of payment. Fax orders are processed pending credit approval.
Can I fax or phone in my order?
Your order can be processed online or sent via fax. We also accept phone orders at 1-800-888-9278 or 713-526-5221.
How do I fax in my order?
Place your order with TexasArt.com and select "Checkout" in your shopping cart. Follow the steps in the checkout process. During the checkout process, you will be given several payment options. Once you have been given the opportunity to choose your payment option select "Fax Order."
After you have chosen this option you will be guided through the remaining steps to fax in your order.
Do you charge sales tax on the orders?
Sales taxes will be applied to all orders being shipped to a Texas address, which is the location of our distribution center.
Do you take back orders?
TexasArt.com does not handle back orders. If for any reason a product is not in stock, the product will be removed from your order. In the event that one or more items you have ordered is out-of-stock, shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes will be adjusted to correspond to the number of items actually shipped.
Can I cancel my order once it has already been placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel ANY order.
How do I add products to my order once I have already placed my order?
Once you have placed your order we are unable to add items to your order. You will need to place a separate order for the additional items.
Who do I contact if my bill is incorrect?

What type of security do you have for online transactions?
At TexasArt.com we take every precaution to ensure the security of your transaction. All electronic transactions have SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for security when transmitting your account information. An email will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order to notify you that the order has been received and is in process. The Federal Law protects your online credit-card transactions just like your offline transactions. Your liability is limited to a maximum of $50.00 in charges.
