How and when are the gift certificates delivered?
TexasArt.com gift certificates are sent to the recipient via e-mail immediately after the order is processed. Gift certificates cannot be delivered in hard copy.
How do I order a TexasArt.com gift certificate?
To order a TexasArt.com gift certificate, click on the Gift Certificate button on our home page. Select the gift certificate design and denomination, provide the sender and recipient names and e-mail addresses, and add a personal message. Preview the gift certificate then add it to your cart and checkout. No shipping or sales tax applies to your gift certificate purchase. It will be e-mailed to the recipient as soon as the order is processed.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Be sure you have your gift certificate number on hand. This number was e-mailed to you when you received your gift certificate. Add the items you'd like in your shopping cart then proceed to checkout. At checkout step 4, payment method, you will be asked for the gift certificate number. The gift certificate amount will be applied to your order total. If your order total exceeds the gift certificate amount, the remaining payment can be made with a credit card or another gift certificate. If the gift certificate amount exceeds your order total, the unused portion of your gift certificate can be applied to a future purchase.
How can I find the balance remaining on my gift certificate?
You can find the balance of your gift certificate by clicking here. You will be asked for the gift certificate number. This number was e-mailed to you when you received your gift certificate.
When does a TexasArt.com gift certificate expire?
TexasArt.com gift certificates expire one year from date of issue.
