This deep, 2 in. cradle is mounted to Gessobord, a 1/8 in. hardboard panel that is coated with a thick layer of acid-free professional grade acrylic gesso. Gessobord is ready to use so you can spend more time painting!
The Deep Cradle offers support and presentation all in one. The birch plywood cradle can be left unfinished or treated easily with wood stain, gesso, or paint.
