Quik Crackle is a nontoxic, water soluble medium used between two nonfired waterbased colors to create an antiqued wood or aged pottery look.
Base coat piece with Ultra Metallics or Liquid Pearls. When base coat is dry, apply one smooth, even coat of Quik Crackle. Let Quik crackle dry for 20 minutes to one hour then quickly brush an even coat of contrasting color using Opaque acrylics.
Cracking time may vary from color to color. Immediately clean brush after use with Quik Crackle. |
