The resilient resin base holds fast during rub, wash or dry clean while having virtually no feel on fabrics.
Permaset Aqua is ideal for use on cotton, polyester, silk, and most synthetic fabrics without the need for additives. It is also low odor and can easily be cleaned up with water.
Use the Print Paste to make a color more transparent or when mixing your own colors.
